Two metre ceiling, wide lens, key light high and hard. Every boom position I try paints a shadow across the back wall. Do you go under, plant mics, or ask the gaffer to move the key?
Under the frame, angled up, is the fastest fix in a low room. It changes the tone a little and the audience never hears it.
Ask the gaffer for a flag on the key side before you rebuild your position. One flag often buys back the whole wall.
